  Ham Kerr has been managing my property for many years. Service was excellent and personal. TXXXX is very professional and attentive to fine detail. She managed to organise replacement of the garden fence earlier this year. This is not an easy task as it involves 2 neighbours.   Our family has two rental properties now mananged by Ham Kerr. My son initially listed his apartment. The team at Ham Kerr were quick to list and have an open and subsequently apartment was leased within 3 days. My own property was brought over from another agent after several issues and I found Ham Kerr was right on the ball. They are contactable and very proactive. Excellent service by the whole team.
