Tanya has been with Ham Kerr since 2014. Tanya is an effective communicator, experienced in every aspect of property management having been in the industry for 12 years.

Tanya always ensures her clients receive the most relevant, up-to-date information for their most important investment, guiding them through a stress-free process of leasing and rigorous renter selection.

Tanya’s ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, helps her maintain positive, productive relationships with both renters and rental providers. Property Management work can be testing on the most patient of people and Tanya’s pleasant and calm nature makes her invaluable to all she works with.

Outside of her role as a senior property manager Tanya is enjoys keeping fit and pampering her two dogs Walter and Austin as well as spending time with her family.
